Parent and Tot Course: Ages 15–36 Months
The Parent and Tot course uses a proven, age-appropriate approach that supports natural skill progression without forcing development and helps young swimmers build the following skills:
- Water Acclimation
- Flutter Kick
- Breath Control
- Back Kicking Introduction
- Breath Holding
- Basic Surface Swimming Progression
- Pop-up Breath
- Safe
SWIM 101(Ages 3-5 yrs.)
Safety skills, flutter kick, breath control, and a first unassisted "pop-up breath" surface swim.
SWIM 102/103 Ages 4–6 yrs
The first formal strokes: freestyle with side breathing and backstroke.
TEACHING CHILDREN WITH ASD TO SWIM (Specialized Instruction)
Our instructors have received special training to teach children with ASD because "Every Child" deserves to "Learn-To-Swim."
